Misty Cromartie Hammons is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Misty received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Psychology at the Catholic University of America.
Misty has experience conducting research with children and adolescents, providing psychiatric rehabilitation services, therapeutic staff support and providing individual and family therapy. Misty has worked with adults with substance abuse issues, foster care children, at-risk youth and juvenile offenders; as well as providing intensive outpatient group therapy and individual therapy. Misty is passionate about issues that young people face such as peer pressure, validation and self-esteem.
Marcia Hancock, LCSW-C

Marcia Hancock has over 11 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a multitude of settings, including schools; detention centers; and outpatient mental health centers. Marcia has treated children with conduct disorder, attention deficit hyper activity disorder, anxiety disorder, schizoid affective disorder, learning disabilities, and mood disorders.
Marcia received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from American University and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Marcia is also a Licensed School Social Worker and a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical.
Myrja Paul, LCPC-S, NCC

Myrja Paul is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience working with at-risk youth, adolescents, and adults. Myrja received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.
Myrja has provided individual and family counseling to children in outpatient mental health clinics, schools and in the home. Myrja has also worked with adults coping with domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and Bipolar disorder. Myrja’s two passions are working with clients to help them achieve their goals and working with new clinicians, providing supervision and guidance, to help them grow professionally and personally.
Maria Trent-Watson, MD
Dr. Maria Trent-Watson is a double Board-Certified Psychiatrist specializing in the mental health treatment of children, adolescents and adults.
Dr. Trent-Watson earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Yale University. She graduated with her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. She completed Residency in Adult Psychiatry and a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center and Sheppard Pratt Hospital.
Dr. Trent-Watson has over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy to her patients in various settings including hospitals, schools, outpatient mental health clinics, drug-treatment centers, correctional facilities, and even tele-psychiatry. She is passionate about providing quality, evidence-based care and educating her patients and their families about mental illness, treatment options, and overall wellness. She serves as Medical Director at Innovative Therapeutic Services, where she works collaboratively with her team to provide stellar, personalized mental health treatment.
