I received my LGPC in 2008 from Loyola College (now University) and moved to southern California where I volunteered with an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy group (in which I am also certified through Eagala) and a local women's shelter. During this time, I started a family and interned with the Intensive Outpatient Program on Camp Pendleton where I worked with active duty service-members in the group setting.

When I moved back to Maryland in 2016 I was looking for a change of pace and started working in the school system under Innovative Therapeutic Services. I received my LCPC in April 2019 and my supervisor credential in summer 2023. I continue to work in the school system, as well as tasks for administration and quality assurance. I favor client-centered and CBT techniques, though use a range when needed.
