ABOUT JENNIFER

Jennifer is a State of Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 20+ years of experience in education, community-based mental health, and working with children and their families. Jennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Shepherd University and pursued her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from American Public University.

Jennifer has been a vital member of the ITS staff since 2017, while her primary role as the clinical director is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient clinic and to supervise staff Jennifer keeps up her clinical skills by maintaining a small client caseload.

Jennifer works with each client in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and personalized manner to meet their individual needs. Jennifer uses a strength-based approach in her work and believes that it is important to motivate, empower and encourage each individual to achieve their goals.
