Misty Cromartie, LCPC

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Misty has over 14 years of experience in the mental health field conducting research with children and adolescents providing psychiatric rehabilitation services, therapeutic staff support and conducting therapy. The populations she has worked with include children, adolescents, adults with substance abuse issues, foster care children, at-risk youth, and juvenile offenders.

Marcia Hancock, LCSW-C

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Marcia has over 12 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a multitude of settings, including schools, detention centers, and outpatient mental health centers. Marcia has treated children   with conduct disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorder, schizoid affective disorder, learning disabilities, and mood disorders.

Jennifer Lowery,
MEd, LCPC

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Jennifer is a State of Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 20+ years of experience in education, community based mental health and working with children and their families. Jennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Shepherd University and pursued her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from American Public University.

Nicole Taylor, LCPC

Nicole Taylor is a licensed counselor in the state of Maryland. She is also a board-certified supervisor. She earned her Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology at the University of Baltimore and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Tampa.

Tori Taylor is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with over 3 years of clinical mental health experience. Tori holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University of Maryland.

Allison Dahne, LCPC

Allison has over 20 years of experience with a diverse group of individuals, ranging from children through adults, in both counseling and educational settings. She has worked with foster care, underprivileged, and drug/alcohol recovery, to name a few of her familiar populations. 



Courtney Lee, LMSW, TF-CBT

Courtney is a Licensed Master Social Worker who has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Alcorn State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi. Courtney has experience providing therapy services to a variety of individuals, particularly children and adolescents, in various settings within the community and in schools. Courtney has training in trauma-focused CBT.

Meet LaTasha, a licensed Mastered social worker. She has experience working with children and families in foster care as well as children and adults experiencing, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and other mental health disorders.




Naeem Thompson, LMSW

Naeem Thompson is a Licensed Master Social Worker. He received his Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, School of Social Work. Naeem received his Bachelors in African American Studies, Political Science with Minor in Spanish from Temple University.

 Naeem has as passion for working with children, adolescents, and families.

Nicole Bushnell is a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW)in the state of Maryland and obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. She holds a certificate as a Certified Clinician Trauma Professional (CCTP) to provide clients an evidence-based framework for navigating past trauma and help clients rediscover joy and happiness within their lives.
