Allison Dahne, LCPC


Allison has over 20 years of experience with a diverse group of individuals, ranging from children through adults, in both counseling and educational settings. She has worked with foster care, the underprivileged, and drug/alcohol recovery, to name a few of her familiar populations.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in Psychology, and a Master's of Science degree from McDaniel College, in Counseling Education. She also took additional classes to become a licensed therapist from McDaniel College.

Allison is non-judgmental, approachable, and caring while letting clients grow in their journey, at their own pace. Allison works with each individual in a personalized manner to help them reach their goals; she focuses on their strengths rather than their weaknesses or failures. Allison uses an eclectic therapeutic approach to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and mindfulness, and tailors each approach to the individual.
